Where do you ship from?
I ship from the UK.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
US orders might have a tariff applied at customs. The buyer is responsible for paying all tariffs/import duty that may apply. Refunds will NOT be given for returned goods due to failure to pay tariffs/duty.

What shipping company do you use?
I use 'Royal Mail' for UK orders and 'UPS' for international orders. Once your order is shipped, you will recieve a shipping notification email with your tracking number included.
Please note, UPS is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
'Ready to ship' products are usually processed within 4 business days.
'Made to order' products can take up to 14 days to be made and shipped.

I have a question about my order.
Please send an email via the 'Contact' button and include your Order Number that was sent via email.

Can I cancel my order?
'Ready to ship' orders can be cancelled as long as a shipping notification email has not been sent yet.
'Made to order' products can be cancelled within 24hrs or placing your order, as it is a custom made product.
